We are building a national footprint with a focus on growth locations in TX, FL, NC, SC, GA, NV, AZ, UT and CO, as well as more stabilized markets in TN, KY, OH, IN, MO, and KC.

Location Attributes

Avid Realty Partners favors areas with high employment and population growth, in close proximity to employment centers, in well ranked school districts, with business-friendly climates, and with median household income demographics of at least $60,000 per year.

Product Types

The firm is typically buying existing Multifamily assets, both newer construction core-plus deals and 1980s-2000s built value-add deals. We are also ramping our Multifamily new development efforts. We have owned Hotel and Triple Net Lease assets in the past and may do so again in the future.
